The final installment of The Smithfield Tapes we spend half an hour discussing the sheep lines at Smithfield with well respected sheep breeders Malcolm Stewart and Robert Patterson. This episode includes the science of breeding show lambs, dressing them in the bar and a rather hilarious tale involving a judge and a wheelbarrow!

Welcome to TOP LINES AND TOP TALES, the introduction to a brand new podcast coming online soon. for those who don't know me, my name is Andy Frazier.
Over the coming months I intend to catch up with some well known characters within the livestock industry and have a chew the fat over tales from our past. The intention is that interviews will be unstructured, only lightly edited and most of all fun. Interspersed with these I also have a number of previously recorded interviews with stockmen who are sadly no longer with us.
